Moonrise Energy's mobile application is designed to provide field technicians with the tools they need to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with the charging stations they manage. Providing real-time alerting and the ability to quickly reference diagnostic information for a particular charging station, the mobile application provides the awareness needed to maintain system integrity and minimize downtime.

Alongside tools for remediation, the app also provides the ability to manage tasks and report on the status of ongoing maintenance events at each sites. This enables operators to have a high-level view of the current health of their charging infrastructure while also having sufficient visibility to make continuous improvements and increase availability.
